two steps forward, one back.

So I didn't take any medicine yesterday but I felt like shit. I can't tell if it's from the lung condition (coughing, relentless and croupy) or from a nascent head cold that's been trying to gain purchase for the last two months. Silver lining...I held off a head cold for two months. That's a record.

Today, I still have that peculiar heaviness in my head and I feel like a good retch is around every corner. No saving the world today, I suppose. I took my advair, just so I wouldn't have to feel the pressure to deal with a head cold and asthma. I'm hoping I won't need another hit again today.
